The 18-hole, par-72 championship course was designed by renowned architect Vern Morcom and officially opened in 1963. Set on a 175-acre sand-based property, the course features gently contoured fairways, large and fast greens, and over 80 strategically placed bunkers, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels.
Nestled in natural bushland, Launceston Golf Club proudly stands as Tasmania’s oldest 18-hole course—renowned both locally and interstate for its pristine facilities and challenging play.
